  • Order Placement: By placing an order through our Services, you agree to purchase the meal(s) or product(s) listed in your order. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Chefless.
  • Pricing: Prices for meals and products are listed on our Services and may be subject to change without notice. The total price of your order, including taxes and delivery fees, will be displayed at checkout.
  • Payment: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital payment methods. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation is not an acceptance of your order; it is an acknowledgment that we have received your order.
  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within a specified time frame as per our cancellation policy. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Areas: We currently offer delivery services in select areas within Bangalore, India. Please check our website or app to see if we deliver to your area.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on factors such as traffic, weather, and demand. Chefless is not responsible for any delays in delivery.
  • Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and order total. These charges will be displayed at checkout.
  • Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the designated delivery address.

6. Refund and Return Policy

  • Refunds: We strive to provide the best service possible. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds may be issued at our discretion based on the circumstances and condition of the returned items.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, cannot be refunded. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.
